Cancellation Policies for all services:
Any cancellation received 48 hours in advance, no penalty charge will apply.
Any cancellation received between 48 and 36 hours before the activity, a 50% penalty charge will apply.
Any cancellation received less than 24 hours or No Show 100% penalty charge will apply.
Important Remarks:
In order to offer you a better service, shared transportation service has a waiting period of 5 to 10 minutes on each hotel. For tours with shared transportation included, participants probably will share vehicle with participants from different properties in Playa del Carmen area.
Our private transportation services have a waiting period of 15 minutes. Additional waiting time will be automatically charged.
Reservations through this web site are no longer available.
Should you wish to make changes in your confirmed transportation and activities it is your responsibility to do so directly via email to nhernandez@maritur.com & rtellez@maritur.com
For new reservations our staff will be available at the hotel’s Hospitality desk.
