ALL PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION INCLUDES:
  • Maritur Coordinator at the airport to assist you on arrival and departure dates.
  • Welcome banner with Company logo
  • Hygiene amenities: Antibacterial gel on board, disposable disinfectant towels.
  • Each vehicle has a sanitization process between each service. For more details visit our video of anti COVID-19 protocols:
CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR ALL SERVICES:
  • Any cancellation received 72 hours in advance, no penalty charge will apply.
  • Any cancellation received from 72 to 24 hours, 50% penalty charge will apply.
  • Cancellations received with less than 24 hours and no shows are not refundable.
IMPORTANT REMARKS:
  • Our private transportation services have a waiting period of 30 minutes on arrivals and 15 minutes on departures. Additional waiting time will be automatically charged.
  • For departures, please be ready in the lobby of your hotel 10 mins before your pick up time.
AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Information:Please fill out the information requested below and submit it no later than 1 week before your trip. Tips for drivers are not included, they are optional and at the discretion of the customer.
You will receive your confirmation for arrival and departure via email from 24 to 72 hrs after your request form has been completed. Should you wish to make changes or cancel your transportation it’s your responsibility to do so directly with us through the email provided below.
